Based on LCD technology, the ASK Proxima C2261 device delivers 2600 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 3200:1 as a projector. According to ASK Proxima, the lamp has a durability of 3000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 444 cm can be illuminated with 2600 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 296 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2012 and is officially no longer distributed by ASK Proxima.
