Behind the name PD230X is a DLP projector by Videoseven, whose main features include 2100 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. Regarding projection size, the value of 2100 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 399 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 266 cm. This model dates back to 2004 and is no longer part of Videoseven's current product range.

after a few months, a constant, noticeably loud whirring noise began to appear during operation.
I thought it might be the fan. a certain
difference in the volume level from the analog RGB signal to the Super Video signal
was also recognizable. which points to different fan rotations for different chip
requirements.

apart from this story, this is an extremely praiseworthy beamer.
good, sharp picture, a little problem with continuous white surfaces, but
quite suitable for daylight. in the dark it is top!
