The Toumei X5 GTV is a 3D-LED-DLP projector that brings 1600 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution alongside a contrast of 1000:1. The built-in LED technology features a light source lifespan of 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. Looking at practical performance, up to 477 cm can be illuminated with 1600 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 318 cm. Additionally, a built-in ambient light sensor measures the room lighting and automatically adjusts the projection settings. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported. With the Google TV operating system, the projector acts as a media hub with centralized access to various apps. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Thanks to support for Miracast, Airplay and Chromecast, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
