This projector from Toumei utilizes 3D-LED-DLP technology, achieving 1000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 1500:1 at a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 30000 hours, which translates to 20.5 years with 4 hours of daily use. A special feature is the short-throw lens, which allows the device to be positioned at a very short distance from the screen. According to the data sheet, an image width of 2 meters is achieved from a distance of just 36 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 416 cm can be illuminated with 1000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 277 cm. Additionally, a built-in ambient light sensor measures the room lighting and automatically adjusts the projection settings. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Equipped with Google TV, the device provides direct access to a broad spectrum of streaming services. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Since the projector supports Miracast and Airplay screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 27 decibels.
