Based on LCD technology, the Steinmann VC2+ projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 1800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 600:1 and a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 6000 hours before a replacement is necessary, achieving a lifespan of 8.2 years when used for 2 hours a day. A look at the light output reveals: The 1800 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 369 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 246 cm. This model dates back to 2008 and is no longer part of Steinmann's current product range.
