As a projector, the CineVersum BlackWing One MK2018 combines LCOS technology with a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160, and is additionally specified with 1800 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 400000:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 4500 hours – mathematically sufficient for 6.2 years based on two hours of use per day. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment; exact values can be calculated using the Distance Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 1800 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 431 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 287 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 20 decibels. Since entering the market in 2018, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
