Based on LCD technology, the Boxlight MP 83i projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 400 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 200:1 and a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. A look at the light output reveals: The 400 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 174 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 116 cm. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from Boxlight's current lineup.
