The SA 51UX model is a LCD projector from Anders + Kern, intended for Standard-Portabel applications, offering 1000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 250:1 at SVGA 800 x 600. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. Looking at practical performance, up to 275 cm can be illuminated with 1000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 183 cm. Since entering the market in 2000, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
