The Anders + Kern AstroBeam X240 is a LCD projector that brings 1700 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution alongside a contrast of 400:1. According to Anders + Kern, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 359 cm can be illuminated with 1700 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 239 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. This model dates back to 2004 and is no longer part of Anders + Kern's current product range.
