The Medion MD 32980 is a DLP projector offering 2200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1800:1 and a resolution of SVGA 800 x 600. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. Looking at practical performance, up to 408 cm can be illuminated with 2200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 272 cm. The projector was released in 2005 and is officially no longer distributed by Medion.

actually find it very good...after you have played with the settings a bit, it projects beautiful colors !!!!!!!
tv area is not highly recommended, because of the bad format mostly trapezoid formats are displayed, but it towers over dvd or pc ....
and it should also be rather darker in the room to feel the contrast...
so if you ever want to see a dvd in huge format or a PC game on 3 meters perfectly displayed image, then grab it....
