Equipped with DLP technology, the Lumex PicoMax MX-600 offers 600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1000:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. An LED lifespan of 30000 hours is noted in the data sheet for this model – calculating to 20.5 years at four hours of use per day. Looking at practical performance, up to 249 cm can be illuminated with 600 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 166 cm. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Since entering the market in 2014, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
