As a projector, the 3D perception CompactView HMR-15 combines DLP technology with a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768, and is additionally specified with 1500 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 2000:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projector Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. A look at the light output reveals: The 1500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 337 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 225 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. This model dates back to 2005 and is no longer part of 3D perception's current product range.
