A projector from Yamaha is the DPX 1200, whose LED-DLP model delivers 800 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1280 x 720 and a contrast of 5000:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2000 hours. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. Accurate distances are provided by the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 287 cm can be illuminated with 800 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 191 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 30 decibels. Since entering the market in 2005, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
