This projector is named K8, originates from XuanPad, and its data sheet shows 450 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 15000:1 and a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. XuanPad lists a runtime of 30000 hours for the LED in this projector – calculating to 20.5 years at four hours of use per day. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. To ensure objective comparability, an approximate ANSI lumen value was calculated based on the lumen specifications. Looking at practical performance, up to 315 cm can be illuminated with 450 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 210 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Thanks to support for Miracast and Airplay, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
