This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 25000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 17.1 years. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. To allow for cross-manufacturer brightness comparisons, the stated ANSI lumen value is based on a conversion of the ISO lumen values. Looking at practical performance, up to 589 cm can be illuminated with 3360 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 393 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. Additionally, thanks to Google TV, the model is network-capable and can be used without external playback devices. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since the projector supports Miracast, Airplay and Chromecast screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device.
