The SC 50 model is a LCD projector from Sahara, intended for Standard-Portabel applications, offering 700 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 350:1 at SVGA 800 x 600. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 4000 hours before a replacement is necessary. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 5.5 years. A look at the light output reveals: The 700 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 230 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 153 cm. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from Sahara's current lineup.
