Based on DLP technology, the Sahara Protector XGA projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 1500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1500:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 3000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 1500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 337 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 225 cm. This model dates back to 2006 and is no longer part of Sahara's current product range.
