The Polar model from Pico Genie combines DLP technology in the Micro-Portabel sector with 500 ANSI lumens and a native WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. An LED lifespan of 30000 hours is noted in the data sheet for this model. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 20.5 years. To reduce dependence on stationary power sources, the model is equipped with a built-in battery for autonomous operation. Regarding projection size, the value of 500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 227 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 151 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. The projector was released in 2019 and is officially no longer distributed by Pico Genie.
