Based on LCD technology, the Magcubic HY300+ device delivers 200 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1280 x 720 and a contrast of 8000:1 as a projector. An LED lifespan of 30000 hours is noted in the data sheet for this model. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 20.5 years. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Regarding projection size, the value of 200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 144 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 96 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Thanks to support for Miracast and Airplay, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 25 decibels.
