A projector from JAVES is the D825ES, whose BrilliantColor-DLP model delivers 2600 ANSI lumens, a resolution of SVGA 800 x 600 and a contrast of 2200:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 4000 hours for this projector's lamp, achieving a lifespan of 5.5 years when used for 2 hours a day. A look at the light output reveals: The 2600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 444 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 296 cm. Since entering the market in 2009, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
