As a projector for the Standard-Portabel sector, the eLux SX44 is equipped with 2600 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast of 500:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. Looking at practical performance, up to 444 cm can be illuminated with 2600 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 296 cm. With a value of only 27 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. This is a discontinued model that is no longer officially distributed by eLux.
