Based on LCD technology, the eLux LX500 device delivers 4000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 500:1 as a projector. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. Regarding projection size, the value of 4000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 551 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 367 cm. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from eLux's current lineup.
