The equipment of the Brilens BL-800 projector includes 180 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1500:1 with a SVGA 800 x 600 display. Thanks to LED technology, the projector is rated for a lifespan of up to 20000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 13.7 years. To ensure objective comparability, an approximate ANSI lumen value was calculated based on the lumen specifications. Looking at practical performance, up to 117 cm can be illuminated with 180 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 78 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Since entering the market in 2015, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
