Behind the name LCD 150 is a LCD projector by Ampro, whose main features include 420 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 120:1 and a 832 x 624 Pixel resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2000 hours. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted without quality loss. The exact adjustment leeway can be calculated in the Projector Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 420 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 178 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 119 cm. The projector was released in 1997 and is officially no longer distributed by Ampro.
Stationary | Permanent installation in the training room and meeting room as well as the conference room. Very narrow picture width and rooms with very little light.

The zoom and focus can be adjusted via a motor in the device and also via the remote control, which is extremely practical and makes the adjustment work easier as it is really precise. The light output of the projector is completely sufficient for movie theater settings. Unfortunately, the resolution makes it very difficult to see smaller fonts from the control device (PC, other), but this is less of a problem with films. In terms of power consumption to light output ratio, this projector is not yet the best and we estimate that the decibel noise is probably around 40db as it is still very loud if you can‘t isolate it somehow. Otherwise, the projector was ranked 3rd out of 6 in our price-performance ratio.
