The basic data of the Ampro 7400 includes 5000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of SXGA 1280 x 1024 as well as a contrast of 150:1. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Distance Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 5000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 599 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 399 cm. The projector was released in 1997 and is officially no longer distributed by Ampro.
