Based on LCD technology, the Wowlink W206 device delivers 330 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 and a contrast of 12000:1 as a projector. Wowlink lists a runtime of 30000 hours for the LED in this projector – equivalent to a usable life of 20.5 years at 4 hours a day. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 160 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 185 cm can be illuminated with 330 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 123 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K. Android TV is integrated as a smart platform, enabling direct access to streaming services like Netflix or YouTube. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. Thanks to support for Miracast and Airplay, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
