A projector from Vinew is the VP-LX3, whose LCD model delivers 4000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 700:1. According to Vinew, the lamp has a durability of 4000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 5.5 years based on two hours of use per day. A look at the light output reveals: The 4000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 551 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 367 cm. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 30 decibels. The model is currently no longer actively offered on the market by the manufacturer.
