With the Sirius E7, Vicom offers a LCD projector that features 5800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 700:1 and a resolution of SXGA 1280 x 1024. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 1000 hours before a replacement is necessary. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector without digital interference. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Projection Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 645 cm can be illuminated with 5800 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 430 cm. This model dates back to 2003 and is no longer part of Vicom's current product range.
