With the V08, TMY offers a Laser-LCD projector that features 480 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 5000:1 and a resolution of HDTV 1280 x 720. The LED unit of this model is rated for up to 50000 hours of runtime – calculating to 34.2 years at four hours of use per day. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. Looking at practical performance, up to 223 cm can be illuminated with 480 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 149 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Since the projector supports optional Miracast and Airplay screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device.
