Behind the name U6 132 is a DLP projector by TAXAN, whose main features include 2000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 3000 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 2000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 389 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 259 cm. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 30 decibels. The projector was released in 2007 and is officially no longer distributed by TAXAN.
