The equipment of the Packard Bell i beam 1400 projector includes 1400 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 with a SVGA 800 x 600 display. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 1400 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 326 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 217 cm. Since entering the market in 2004, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
