A projector from Norxe is the P55 3DS, whose 3D-Laser-DLP model delivers 2400 ANSI lumens, a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 and a contrast of 2000:1. As an LED projector, the spec sheet indicates a lifespan of 100000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 68.5 years at 4 hours a day. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Projection Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 2400 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 498 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 332 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket.
