The hardware properties of the P1 WUXGA manufactured by Norxe include 4250 ANSI lumens, a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution and a contrast value of 8000:1. The built-in LED technology features a light source lifespan of 50000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 34.2 years at 4 hours a day. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without introducing digital image artifacts. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 662 cm can be illuminated with 4250 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 441 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket.
