Based on LCD technology, the Proxima DP9250+ device delivers 1900 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 350:1 as a projector. According to Proxima, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 1900 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 380 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 253 cm. This is a discontinued model that is no longer officially distributed by Proxima.
