The EB W7 model from Epson combines LCD technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 2200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a native WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 4000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 5.5 years. A look at the light output reveals: The 2200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 318 cm. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. The projector was released in 2009 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson.
