As a projector, the Epson USA PowerLite Pro G5200NL combines LCD technology with a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800, and is additionally specified with 4200 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 800:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction, allowing the projected image to be positioned with immense flexibility. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 4200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 658 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 439 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2008 and is no longer part of Epson USA's current product range.
