The EB G5300 is a LCD projector by Epson, whose specifications list 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1000:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projector Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 616 cm can be illuminated with 5000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 411 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2008 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson. As an archive device, the projector remains highly relevant in our database.
