Model Overview The projector FDP DILA1080pHD by Faroudja utilizes DILA technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 700 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2100:1 at a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080.
A look at the light output reveals: The 700 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 269 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 179 cm.
Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content.
Since entering the market in 2005, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
