As a projector for the Standard-Portabel sector, the Dell 5100MP is equipped with 3300 ANSI lumens, a SXGA+ 1400 x 1050 resolution and a contrast of 2500:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 1700 hours before a replacement is necessary.
For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups.
A look at the light output reveals: The 3300 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 500 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 333 cm.
For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance.
The projector was released in 2005 and is officially no longer distributed by Dell. |
