The Davis DL X650 MK3 is a DLP projector offering 600 ANSI lumens and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 4000 hours, which amounts to roughly 5.5 years at 2 hours of daily use. A look at the light output reveals: The 600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 213 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 142 cm. This is a discontinued model that is no longer officially distributed by Davis. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
