As a projector for the Game-Portabel sector, the Aiptek PocketCinema A100W is equipped with 120 ANSI lumens, a WVGA 854 x 480 resolution and a contrast of 1000:1. Aiptek lists a runtime of 20000 hours for the LED in this projector, covering an estimated 13.7 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. For mobile use, grid-independent operation is possible for a maximum period of 2 hours thanks to the built-in battery. Looking at practical performance, up to 111 cm can be illuminated with 120 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 74 cm. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. The projector was released in 2014 and is officially no longer distributed by Aiptek.
