The basic data of the HongTianPao V188 includes 90 ANSI lumens, a resolution of SVGA 800 x 600 as well as a contrast of 600:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 6000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 8.2 years based on two hours of use per day. To make performance data comparable based on the lumen specifications, we calculated an approximate ANSI lumen value. A look at the light output reveals: The 90 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 83 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 55 cm. The model is currently no longer actively offered on the market by the manufacturer. Note: According to our information, replacement lamps (original or generic) are no longer available for this projector.
