The projector P8 by bnoe utilizes LCD technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 2000 ANSI lumens and a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. The LED unit of this model is rated for up to 30000 hours of runtime – equivalent to a usable life of 20.5 years at 4 hours a day. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. Looking at practical performance, up to 454 cm can be illuminated with 2000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 303 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K. With the Google TV operating system, the projector acts as a media hub with centralized access to various apps. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. Thanks to support for Miracast, Airplay and Chromecast, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
