The VDP-7000HDW is a LCD projector by Irradio, whose specifications list 525 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. The built-in LED technology features a light source lifespan of 50000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 34.2 years possible. To make performance data comparable based on the lumen specifications, we calculated an approximate ANSI lumen value. Looking at practical performance, up to 233 cm can be illuminated with 525 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 155 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Thanks to support for Miracast and Airplay, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
