The basic data of the ASK M3 includes 1100 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 as well as a contrast of 500:1. According to ASK, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 1100 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 289 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 193 cm. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 30 decibels. This model dates back to 2001 and is no longer part of ASK's current product range. Note: According to our information, replacement lamps (original or generic) are no longer available for this projector.

Hello everyone, I had a similar problem. First I got the ASK standard picture and only the sound. The picture had vertical lines. After restarting, I only have a white picture and horizontal lines in the middle of the picture (approx. 50% of the total picture). The sound is still there. However, the device no longer responds to any commands.

Also excellent in continuous use
Since 2000, never failed - and I have it with me on every trip.
Of course, resolution and brightness are now far from the market average - but weight, size, handling, interface variety (composite to DVI via SVHS etc) still correspond to the top league.
Although not suitable for brighter rooms, but a beautiful, reliable, ultra-light all-rounder, from home theater to business presentations.
