Based on DLP technology, the Ricoh PJ WX5462 device delivers 4100 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800 and a contrast of 8000:1 as a projector. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 4000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 5.5 years based on two hours of use per day. A look at the light output reveals: The 4100 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 651 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 434 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. Since entering the market in 2021, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
