The projector U321Hi (Multi-Touch) by Nec operates as a 3D-Laser-DLP device with 3200 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast of 10000:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 3000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 575 cm can be illuminated with 3200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 383 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Specifically for the educational or business sector, an interactive whiteboard function is also integrated. The projector was released in 2015 and is officially no longer distributed by Nec. As an archive device, the projector remains highly relevant in our database.
