The projector NHT 720 by METAvision operates as a DLP device with 1000 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1280 x 720 resolution and a contrast of 1700:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Regarding projection size, the value of 1000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 321 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 214 cm. With a value of only 30 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from METAvision's current lineup.
