The Scout model from Lightware combines LCD technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 435 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 100:1 and a native SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 500 hours for this projector's lamp. Because the manufacturer specifies brightness in lumen specifications, we have determined an ANSI lumen value for better comparability. A look at the light output reveals: The 435 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 182 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 121 cm. The model is currently no longer actively offered on the market by the manufacturer. Note: According to our information, replacement lamps (original or generic) are no longer available for this projector.
