The PH450U model is a DLP projector from LG, intended for Game-Portabel applications, offering 450 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 100000:1 at HDTV 1280 x 720. The manufacturer specifies a durability of 30000 hours for the LED light source – calculating to 20.5 years at four hours of use per day. For mobile use, grid-independent operation is possible for a maximum period of 5 hours thanks to the built-in battery. A look at the light output reveals: The 450 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 216 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 144 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device.
